I'm Kate, a qualified yoga teacher in London, teaching yoga in Sunbury-on-Thames and Kew.
My yoga classes are suitable for all levels including yoga beginners.
With a hectic corporate lifestyle, I discovered yoga six years ago as a way to get in shape and manage the various mental demands of a busy life.
I quickly found that yoga brought more unexpected benefits; improved posture, mental space, physical and mental balance and an increased sense of wellbeing to name just a few.
I soon became a lover of a strong Vinyasa Flow class, leaving the body and mind feeling calm, powerful and balanced.
This is reflected in my teaching, in which you can expect to work hard while creating beautiful shapes and graceful flows.
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of gender, age, or flexibility. My classes are perfect for the brand new student or more experienced practitioner looking to brush up on the basics. We will cover safe alignment of poses, sun salutation basics, and breath work in a non-judgemental and relaxed environment.
You will leave my yoga classes feeling stronger, uplifted and more balanced in body and mind.

There are many different types of yoga, and I teach a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, linking movement with breath in a moving meditation.

From February you can practice with me at Get Strong Yoga in Kew on Thursday evenings from 7pm until 7:45pm.
All students of all ages and abilities welcome; start any time.
